There seems to be a growing trend of rewriting everything to Rust. The common argument seems to be surrounding safety and better concurrency.I wanted to understand if I am the only one that finds the language hard to understand (primarily it&#x27;s time system). The MCP spec includes server-to-client notifications for things like list-changed events, progress, log messages, but I barely hear anyone talk about them, and I&#x27;m not sure how much they&#x27;re used.In theory, it would be nice to receive updates from MCP servers (&quot;Your product has been shipped&quot;) like we are already receiving from apps installed on the devices.I&#x27;m wondering if this is a useful part of the protocol or just something that will mostly be ignored&#x2F;deprecated.

Focus just doesn&#x27;t cut it. I don&#x27;t want Jira, Teams, Outlook, Slack, etc. sending me notifications after I&#x27;ve signed off of work, or if its the weekend. I find myself turning of Teams notifications on my iPhone over the weekend, and forgetting to turn it on during work hours. Apple should introduce a feature that schedules work-hours notifications, so you decide what times Teams notifications should be sent to you and during what day of the week. Shouldn&#x27;t be fixed to 8h, some of us might want it to be turned on between 08:00-10:00 on a Wednesday only. Thoughts?
